This notebook is maintained by an independent reader of public material and peptide literature. The author is not a physician, not a pharmacist, not an industry employee, and holds no position in or relationship with any party discussed anywhere on the site. The notebook exists because the public record around this topic is plentiful, loosely sourced and frequently blended, and a dated, source-labelled set of notes is more useful than another page of assertions.
Editorial method
Three rules govern every page. Public sources only, dated at the time of reading. One search phrase per page, so definitions never drift between topics. And a fixed boundary — the site disclaimer — repeated at the top and bottom of every note, restating that nothing here is medical advice, dosing guidance or purchase guidance. Community discussion is summarised as discussion: anonymous, self-selected, impossible to rank, never promoted to evidence.
Desensitisation policy
Vendor-adjacent pages are written under a strict policy: the vendor name appears in lowercase text, no logo is used, no claim about any product is verified, and no purchase link, contact-for-sale channel or discount code appears. Promotional search phrases are documented as search behaviour and declined as content — the page explains that such searches exist and stops. The site has no affiliate relationships, no sponsored content and no advertising relationships beyond the single site-support notice disclosed on the disclaimer page.
Updates
Notes are revised in place when the public material they summarise changes; the revision date at the top of each page records that work. Structural corrections — a definition tightened, a source re-classified — are applied across affected pages the same week. The notebook was first published in September 2026.
